Terms and Conditions
1. We require a deposit of $500 to secure your booking.
2. If the retreat is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to the start date of the retreat we will refund the deposit.
3. If less than 3 weeks prior to the start date of the retreat, the deposit is non-refundable. This is a minimal payment to us for the loss of income from other clients that may want our services for other retreats on the same dates.
4. From two days prior to the start date of the retreat, the number of participants are final and will be charged accordingly. All our purchases according to the number of people given to us prior, is finished and done on this day.
5. Whether participants show up for meals or not or choose to eat elsewhere on a certain day, the prior agreed numbers given to us will be charged.
6. For retreats outside the Byron Shire, we need you to negotiate and arrange accommodation for us at your expense, at your chosen retreat centre. This way we can travel and stay to provide our catering service to you.
