Artistry in cooking
All artistry in cooking is using techniques and ingredients to create a new blend. A good hand with herbs, spices, and ingredients is an acquired skill and it makes all the difference in the final sparkle of your food. But the most important ingredient of all is love, and mixing this in with joyful, caring attention. That’s when food becomes true alchemy for the body.
It’s the care and imagination we give daily to our food that yields sustaining nourishment for the soul. Eating is one of life’s sweet pleasures, and so is cooking and serving good food to others. This also directly connects us to nature and the abundance we are surrounded by.
We promote and enjoy food that is gluten free and low in dairy. This way of eating is lighter, gentler and more beneficial for your body and digestive system. Gluten intolerance especially is becoming more and more prevalent, and there is now a growing demand for gluten free foods and alternative recipes. All of our cooked food is gluten free and mostly dairy free except where we use yogurt, goat feta and ghee.
Catering your needs
All of our retreat menu’s are vegetarian however should you require meat protein for your retreat we also cook delicious chicken and fish dishes.

Local and organic food is important to us. We source local, organic produce where possible.
